*BLADE PROP - NON FUNCTIONAL*
*THIS LISTING IS FOR 3D PRINTING FILES ONLY*
A Mandalorian sword styled after the Ginunting, with a sheath.
I separated the blade in the middle for ease of printing, and I am including custom supports that I modeled in. You get the best quality printing vertically and with a raft, but when you print something thin that doesn't have a big surface area on the bottom, after about 7" high the print will move/vibrate during printing and give you some funky surface lines. I countered that with modeling small but sturdy supports that catch each side at about 5.5" and helps keep the model from vibrating as it prints, and only has minimum contact with the actual print for easy clean up.
Blade has two tunnels meant to accept 1/8" metal rods or wooden dowels for structural strength.
Overall height should be at 13" when printing vertically.
Overall build is 26.5" long from tip to end.
The nuts are meant to be threaded into in order to hold the grips together to the blade frame. I modeled it to use M4=.07mm x 16mm socket cap screws.
