This is a custom vibrosword I modeled. The sword has a square section hollowed out down the entire width from hilt to blade tip that accepts a 1/4" square rod for strength and ease of assembly [file is 3-4 pieces long depending on your printer size] and directly under the rod inlet is a wider one meant to accept standard LED strips such the one I linked below for use in powering the "Edge-lighting" effect. I left a 1/8" slot down the middle of the blade from tip to hilt so that a piece of plexiglass can be installed. [9v battery holder I use can be found in link below.] The concept is the LED's shining through the plexiglass will give a cool blade edge effect if 1/8" of glass is left exposed down the length of the blade. There is a removable plate on the hilt where all wiring can be connected to a battery box hidden within. Lastly, "Kovid Oyakarir" ["Head Hunter"] is engraved in mando'a on each side of the blade itself.

I have included 9" long sections of the file for people with smaller printers.
